Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Membuat kontrak jual beli atau dokumen perkapalan pendukung lainnya
- Melakukan perhitungan transaksi klien berdasarkan hasil analisa
- Berkoordinasi dengan klien mengenai pengiriman, jadwal pengiriman, kuantitas dan kualitas pengiriman, pengecekan dan penghitungan demurrage / pengiriman
- Membuat perhitungan asuransi pengapalan
- Membuat laporan mingguan terkait pengapalan serta koordinasi dengan Tim Finance dan Tim Project
- Pendidikan minimal S-1 Logistik atau Ilmu Kelautan
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Logistik Minimal 3 tahun di perusahaan Trading Mining nilai plus
- Mengerti proses pengapalan
- Familiar dengan dokumen pengapalan (B/L, Certificate of Weight, Certificate of Analysis)
- Familiar dengan peraturan pemerintah/ESDM
- Dapat membuat kontrak jual beli atau dokumen pendukung perkapalan lainnya
- Mempunyai kemampuan teknis administrasi yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Word, Ms Excel, dan Ms Outlook
- Jujur, rapi, teliti & perhatian terhadap detail
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
