- Promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
- Performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotels norms and by internal regulations.
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.
- Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
- Sets, in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the hotel.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
- Identify business potential and up keeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with corporate accounts.
- Develop and foster good rapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort to ensure and promote a good image of the hotel.

- Self-driven person in dynamic environment
- Active person, good personality, positive attitude, hard worker and team player
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellent English communication skill, both oral and written
