What you will be doing:
· Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Accor values and HEARTIST philosophy.
· Have great communication skills and ability to develop a motivated cohesive team.
· Helps the Front Office Manager organize and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments.
· Personally welcomes VIP guests in a polite and attentive manner
· Handles any guest complaints that are not settled directly by members of the team
· Ensures that the team adopts the required service behaviors
· Dealing with visitors queries and complaints when needed
· Supervise Front Office hotel operations staff to ensure smooth and seamless running, peak efficiency and undiminished service through the rest of the day

Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum experience of 3 – 5 years working with international chain hotels.
Previous experience within same capacity for at least the last 1 year.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate in the Windows environment and familiar with Opera system is a Must.
