Looking for Good Talent who fills the vacant position as “SALES MANAGER” who will be based in JAKARTA. If you meet our requirements as follows;

Have experience handling Electronics Distributors in all area around Indonesia (PREFERABLE)

Requirement :

  • Has a minimum of 7 Years experience as Regional Sales Manager in consumer electronics
  • Bachelor degree of Management / Marketing / Economics / Business
  • Fluent in English
  • Good analytical thinking to make a corporate strategy

Responsibilities include General

  • Business Development in Area, See the opportunity to grow
  • To ensure achieving a target of sales & collection from assigned territory
  • Develop his/her team member in terms of the capability to ensure consistency in sales performance
  • Analyzing Traditional market condition and proposing an effective strategy to penetrate in traditional Channel

Control the implementation of promotion & POS management in the Electronics Distributors

  • Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, display
  • Product display as per company guideline
  • Check marketing communication kit including brochure, leaflet & catalog in the shop
  • Review the effectiveness of the marketing and promotion program.
  • Initiate to propose a promotion program
  • Tracking market competition. Latest competitor activation program and its impact to shop share

Channel Partner

  • Managing consumer electronics account, focusing on channel expansion
  • Nurturing business relations with retail trade partner especially Key Account focusing on sales growth to end-user
  • Drive a traditional channel to achieve the target (both Selling in & selling out)
  • Gain retailer commitment to achieve selling out target to ensure channel healthiness by actively support retailer sales activation program.
  • Organizing collection & controlling stock (per SKU)
  • Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners
