Job Description

  • Support and identifying technical and network problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
  • Support onboarding and offboarding process
  • Update information on ticketing system (progress and record historical solution as knowledge base)
  • Install a few software and setup laptop with Windows or Linux or iOs operating system
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal IT divisions, between divisions and vendors

Qualifications

  • Graduated, min SMK majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (or related fields)
  • Experience as IT Support min 1 year
  • Good knowledge in network, hardware, software and printer troubleshooting
  • Able to work overtime and shifting
  • Have a good problem solving skills
  • Have a good communication skills
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
