Deskripsi Pekerjaan : We are looking for a professional Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our Jakarta office. This includes the processing of confidential company and personal data in the areas of business operations and human resources. Duties will involve answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies, producing management-level reports up to defend your local budget to the Company management, where you present your self-created presentations. Our new Office Manager will also provide support on various recruitment activities. Our new joiner should be willing and ready to mentor relevant team members, find ways to increase the quality of internal and external customer service, and implement best practices across all levels. The Office Manager will ultimately proactively help our company remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.

Requirements * A minimum of 5-years of proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

  • Have at least Diploma Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Have knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Familiar with the principles and processes of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, and compliance.
  • Have an experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Attentive communication and leadership skills.
  • Persistent management ability and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Good oral and written English language skill.
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
