Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Darshana is a creative & digital marketing start-up based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We’re focusing on assisting brands & enterprises on their growth journey. Our primary objective is to drive positive growth and ROI for our clients through marketing solutions.
In partnership with SelfMade (New York, USA), we connect the perfect match for brands with highly experienced Marketing Managers. Our solutions cover a wide range of digital touchpoints, from Instagram, Facebook, Google, Klaviyo to the marketplace. Starting from the formulation of strategies to the executions designed to help to achieve our clients’ objective whether it is awareness, traffic or sales.
Job Description
- Concept and design email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters to support our acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention strategies
- Work alongside a dedicated copywriter, brand visual strategist, and image editors to create strong and compelling visuals and collateral to convey our messaging while maintaining brand identity
- Stay up-to-date on the changing landscape of email marketing, including trends, best practices, and new tools/technologies and ways they can be incorporated into new campaigns
- Maintaining Integrity of standard email templates, while testing and developing new and improved template structures
Minimum Qualifications
- Skillful. You have some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator (Indesign is a plus)
- Knowledgeable. You are familiar with email marketing platform, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, is a plus
- Experienced. You have prior professional experience in creative design
- Branding. You are interested in social media (Instagram is a plus!) especially personal branding
- Organized. You are Organized, detail-oriented and thorough
- Communicative. You have the ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently and idiomatically
- Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate
- Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtful recommendations to best serve our member
- Ambitious. You want career progression and to improve your skills
- Community. A desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
- Courageous. You are able to do Night Shift for 2 weeks per month to maintain communication with our partner in New York
- Learner. Bachelor degree (Plus point if you graduated from Visual Communication Design, but if you are a self-learner and passionate in design, you are welcome to apply!)
