Job Description
The main objectives for this role are
- 100% quality organization of any public or private training we run
- 100% quality organization of all meetups and other events we run
- Develop and manage the community and Social media channels
What you will be doing:
- Organizing events (Meetups, Conferences and Trainings) and arranging all the necessary setups for running those ( coordinating for space, Finding speakers, coordinating with volunteers)
- Logistics management for each events
- Liaise with event sponsors and clients to accurately identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactive approach to handling any challenges that might arise and ability to quickly troubleshoot any problems that should arise on the event day.
- Implementing community outreach programs
- Coordinating with website team to manage events (publish new and delete old) and related documentations.
- Promotion and growth of our community, social media, marketing, personal meetings etc. Growing the corporate startup community through smart marketing, social media and partners
- Managing and utilizing social media to coordinate community relations
- He/she will be responsible for replying to all queries from participants, hosts volunteers and internal team members.
- Desire for continued improvement, exemplified by conducting pre- and post–event evaluations and reporting on outcomes.
- Contracts management – Liaising with our existing client contracts
- Build & Grow Ekipa Community
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- – Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English Language
- – Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or any related field
- – Willing to travel out of town engagements
- – Willing to work at evening events
- – Brief Knowledge of Agile Methodology (Not Mandatory)
