- Bachelor degree in any relevant fields
- Having minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analyst
- Strong in SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, Python & R, and other analysis tools
- Critical thinking and strong inquisition
- Having experience directing, supervising, or managing a team
- Having experience growing with a startup will be a plus
Tanggung Jawab
- Generate impactful insight and ad-hoc analysis on each new feature and business model
- Build data reports and dashboards to monitor metrics of each product
- Manage and design the reporting and analysis environment, including data sources, data warehouse, interface, and contents
- Suggesting ways in which insights obtained might be used to inform business strategies
- Monitoring and improve monthly metrics (target, KPI, etc.)
- Develop report on weekly and monthly basis
