Lowongan Kerja : (FMCG Startup) VP of Sales – Sumatera Region
Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Our client (employer) is fast growing Silicon Valley based Financial Technology company operating in Indonesia that offers data driven PayLater financing to the FMCG merchants in partnership with large FMCGs companies like Unilever and Danone. Their mission is to alleviate poverty and empower women by enabling unbanked micro merchants purchase inventory without having to make upfront payments. 80% of their borrowers are unbanked, and 70% are women. The business operates in Indonesia with funding and support from ADB, East Venture 500 Startups, and Michael Sampoerna.
-Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.
-Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
-Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end.
-Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
-Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
-Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
-Must have 10 years+ direct FMCG (Tier 1 Multinational FMCG) experience or in Financial Institutions offering products to FMCG players
-Held various sales roles such as FMCG Area Sales Team or Key Account Managers
-Has experience of directly selling to big FMCG’s distributors whether in tech, e-commerce, etc.
-Strong financial acumen will be highly preferred
-Proven Track record of closing deals
-Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
