Responsibilities:
- Perform invoice 3-way matching, ensuring correct payment to suppliers
- Maintain proper filing for all invoices and its supporting documents
- Record invoices, expense reports and credit memos, ensuring proper GL are recorded inside ERP
- Work collaboratively cross-department and suppliers to resolve any dispute or conflict related with billing process
- Promote a continuous improvement approach within the department
- Assist with month-end closing procedure
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum total 4 years in Accounting, with minimum 1 year experience in retail industry as Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in big 4 audit firm is a plus
- Experience using Oracle Netsuite is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active, methodical with the ability to work independently or in a team
- High degree of attention to detail
