Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Our client is an Indonesian social commerce app for group buying, launched in March 2020 and now has raised Series A round of funding worth US$10 Million led by Go Ventures.
Job requirement:
- 8-12 years of prior experience managing finance, or similar in a leadership position
- Experience in a start-up environment is a must have, along with other related industries such as FMCG
- Data driven mindset and ability to delve into large data sets and daily operations
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to lead complex organizations
- In depth knowledge of corporate and financial law in Indonesia and Singapore
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, financial modelling and forecasting methods
Job description:
- Planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all finance, taxation and legal related activities
- Develop and manage systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations and tracking
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, growth, investments and more
- Build reliable systems to ensure fast reporting and early identification of possible issues and risks
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Provide strong, forward-looking analytical leadership
- Direct and analyse studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the company’s policies and operations.
