Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Create hiring strategy for local and regional hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management, including employer branding or any other talent attraction program
- Manage and lead the end to end recruitment process of all roles within the assigned business unit/s
- Ensure successful delivery for talent demands and acquisition to business objectives
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
- Actively build company network and employer branding
- Lead ad-hoc projects when needed
Exciting AI IndustryRegional Team and Exposure
The successful candidate MUST have:
- Bachelor Degree with at least total 4 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house recruitment experience
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for different functions and levels* Recruited across South East Asia, e.g. India, Indonesia, Singapore, etc
- Proficient English
- Proactive, agile, able to work under pressure and ambiguity due to the dynamic start-up environment.
- Passionate recruiter and people person, with strong commercial and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
- Worked in Tech/ E-Commerce industries
