Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Create hiring strategy for local and regional hiring
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management, including employer branding or any other talent attraction program
  • Manage and lead the end to end recruitment process of all roles within the assigned business unit/s
  • Ensure successful delivery for talent demands and acquisition to business objectives
  • Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
  • Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
  • Actively build company network and employer branding
  • Lead ad-hoc projects when needed

Exciting AI IndustryRegional Team and Exposure

The successful candidate MUST have:

  • Bachelor Degree with at least total 4 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for different functions and levels* Recruited across South East Asia, e.g. India, Indonesia, Singapore, etc
  • Proficient English
  • Proactive, agile, able to work under pressure and ambiguity due to the dynamic start-up environment.
  • Passionate recruiter and people person, with strong commercial and business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
  • Worked in Tech/ E-Commerce industries
