Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- The role is crucial for the function – Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, as well strategy and goal-setting.
- Prepare and review financial and strategic plan, from monthly, quarterly, to annually
- Lead financial analysis to support the commercial team
- Drive P&L improvement through performance analysis which leads to new initiative implementation
- Business partner to other divisions to increase profitability
- ROI calculation, pricing strategy, product analysis, etc
- Drive revenue growth through market analysis, analysing market position
- Profitability analysis
- Assist in new product launch analysis, both pre and post launch
- Any other ad-hoc activities
Be a part a global company|Company with strong presence globally
- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, Master degree/CPA/CFA and equivalents will be beneficial
- Big 4 Public Accounting Firm background with strong experience with internet-based company
- 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years within senior management position
- Strong analytic skill and combined with strong business acumen
- Strong communication skill, both in Bahasa Indonesia as well as English
- Local Indonesian only
