- Initiate, maintain, and cultivate strategic relationships with related parties, especially PLN, to foster continuous long-term business support and collaborative efforts.
- Shortlist solar energy related projects for advanced development
- Perform detailed feasibility studies and technical analysis for solar energy projects
- Responsible for project development activities for large scale solar projects

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related major from reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience in business development focusing on solar energy
- Previous experience in handling hybrid solar PV (solar PV & battery with connection to the diesel generator) will be an advantage
- Good numeracy skills, with a strong ability to complete analytical tasks
- Good english communication skills
