Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Undertaking compliance activities of the company as well as making sure they are in line with the most current laws and regulations.
- Establishing and designing the compliance standard/policies/activities for any new product/change in the business and measuring the compliance risk of the activities.
- Overseeing and maintaining the internal reporting activities (i.e. whistle-blowing) from end to end.
- Overseeing and maintaining activities to make sure the company executes all the required control to lower compliance risks.
- Advising all departments/units of new implemented laws/regulations and its implementation in the company.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 7 years of relevant experience in compliance management role in tech companies.
- Possessing an advanced understanding of compliance framework and its implementations.
- Experienced in building compliance system from the ground up.
- Experienced/knowledgeable in CFT-AML
- Strong communication skill both in Indonesian and English
