Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Implement various effective procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
- Focus on sourcing and negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost savings that is in alignment with company’s objectives.
- Work with other departments to ensure that materials arrive on time.
- Follow through end to end procurement processes until product is delivered.
- Support in financial and investment planning to increase and maximize returns.
- Maintaining and grow partnerships with internal and external team across functions frequently.
- Review list of sellers based on prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine best bids.
- Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
Exposure to a Multinational Company|Be part of the most recognizable company in their industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Have experience in contracts bench marking.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with good track record in senior level position.
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives.
- Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
