  • Provide a justified projection of marketing growth and target.
  • Identify new growth levers and business opportunities that are measurable and have significant impact on business.
  • Play the role as the budget controller for marketing functions.
  • Gain understanding on detailed financial aspects of marketing metrics; able to determine commercial implications for any initiatives.
  • Accountable for marketing team’s analysis and decision in response to metric performance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to response and counter move on competitor’s strategy.
  • Accountable to balance between enjoying immediate business results vs. investing for future growth in business prioritization.
  • Lead report standardization and assumption alignment across marketing functions.
  • Provide business outlook based on analysis and input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects; manage dependencies & influence stakeholders; develop action plan.
  • Provide recommendation on marketing process and improvement.
  • Drive and execute new initiatives that are still at experimental stage.

Be a part of a growing start-upExciting industry

  • Min. 4 years of working experience in multinational technology companies, investment banking, advisory services, or corporate strategy of multinational companies.
  • Financially sound with proven ability to develop complex financial models alongside scenario development or sensitivity analysis and assumptions that are supported by strong justification from industry/business/operational understanding.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions that could be in the form of remedies/course-corrective actions and/or innovative solutions that are resolving fundamental pain points faced in the market.
  • Able to effectively communicate with external stakeholders with various levels of seniority, including those in the more senior positions to drive the progress of projects.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertain conditions.
  • Always think practical and pragmatic, but also open for innovation and creative problem-solving.
  • Experienced in handling negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for business communication.
  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge and domain, especially in the digital and app-driven world that is very dynamic, and vast industries.
