Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Identify potential buyers and lead the negotiation process, including other terms and conditions to the maximum extent in the interest of the company.
- To establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparts.
- To develop high-quality new upstream and downstream customers globally.
- Be responsible for trading and dealing with all issues that arise from trading as long as to meet the performance target.
- Be responsible for market analysis and developing growth strategies and communicate it internally to ensure that internals are on the same page and have adequate understanding.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of the CPO industry and market, with more than 5 years of experience in CPO trading / purchasing and sales.
- Good network of CPO suppliers and buyers outside of Indonesia.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skill.
- Willingness to travel is a must.
Our client is a palm oil company who owns both plantations and mills covering a couple hundred thousand hectares of land, with one of the highest yield in the industry. They are seeking for an ambitious trader to join their team. The ideal background of the candidate would be someone who has experience trading CPO products in a new area.
