Deskripsi Pekerjaan : The key responsibilities of the Sr. Sales Support Manager include and are not limited to:
- Develop specifications, samples, and product metrics to achieve production readiness
- Perform as primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, IT and various departments as required.
- Supporting sales, marketing and customer service functions
- Generating sales lead for area managers through providing information and benefits
- Assisting with ISO department audits, reviewing previous orders and preventing exposure
- Coordinating workload with team to make sure that tasks are completed expeditiously
- Directing proposal development activities
- Coordinating with legal and contracting departments to obtain information
- Providing support to team to optimise effectiveness and increase sales rep satisfaction
- Maintaining close relationships with managers across the region

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years working experience preferably in the Personal Care/Cosmetics Industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
