Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by efficiently receiving and checking all goods delivered to the hotel by suppliers.

The primary objective is to establish an efficient IT system for the entire Hotel, Sale and Marketing to manage the IT hardware, software and other assets of the property, and ensure the protection of key data.

As a member of the finance department, this role is jointly responsible for ensuring that all affairs of the hotel are conducted to the highest standards of honesty and integrity. High ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.

– At least Bachelor degree in Computer or IT or any related fields.

– At least 2 years of experience in the same position applied

– Familiar with VHP System

– Possess customer service orientated mindset and excellent knowledge of common operational software & hardware and has basic knowledge graphic design

– Ability to work in agile teams by defining and planning work on a team backlog, and determining ways for the team to be successful in meeting its outcomes

– Proficiency in English language an advantage.
