Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company. Our respected client is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Process / Continuous Improvement professional who has at least 6 years of solid experience in FMCG Industry to join their company as the Head of Business Process. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
- Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
- Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
- Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation, cash flow and cost reduction.
- Manage and monitor implementation of QHSE Management System.
Job Requirements:
- Prior working experiences within Business Process Management or Operational Excellence for at least 6 years in FMCG Industry.
- In depth & practical knowledge of Business process, system & procedures
- Having practical experiences in ISO and/or Lean Six Sigma
- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and passionate problem solver
