Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the fastest-growing national electric vehicle company. Our client is seeking a professional with ten years of experience in the ride-hailing industry, especially in the organization that has direct interaction with the drivers, for the job of Rental Operation Lead. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to GM Operation
- Oversee operational activities at the entire Rental Operations, manage and ensure the quality of works
- Strategize process improvements
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Identify and develop customer (driver) care strategies in regard to the rental operations
- Ensuring the engagement with the drivers carried on very well in the entire rental process lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- ‘Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, engineering, or related field
- 10+ working experience in total, experience working in ride-hailing industry, especially in an organization that has direct interaction with the drivers would be an advantage
- Proven experience in leading a team, especially the city/business operations
- Excellent communication skills with knowledge of handling organization and operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, and have the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
