Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead and manage agency activities to achieve the allocated agencies Key Performance Index : APE, New Agent Licensed, and Active Agent.
- Responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for high productivity and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer/agency service in the allocated Agency’s Office by managing the flow of information and ensuring that the systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices and applicable regulations
- Uphold the integrity in accordance to the above responsibilities.
- Responsible for execution, completion and deliver of special projects initiatives from company
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Any Major in reputable University
- Minimum 3 years experiences as Agency Development in Life Insurance Company
- Having Leadership skill, Coaching skill, Motivation skill & Management Conflict Skill
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill
- Understand Agency Systems & Procedures
