Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Responsibilities :
- Perform day to day merchant service support including request, escalation follow-ups, ad hoc services, and service
improvement
- Managing merchant relationships
- Making day to day decision related to merchant services operations.
- Build and roll-out best practices for in-store operations and defining service level agreements
for vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to make sure merchants have the best possible
experiences.
- Collect and synthesize merchant feedback to influence the improvement of existing products
and processes.
- Strategize to improve merchant activity and performance
- Able to build a strong rapport with high level executives
- Able to track and compile data at will
- Review performance of vendor
- Represent our company’s moral and ethical standards and be expected to conduct yourself in a
professional and courteous manner to merchants and co-workers
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of work experience in account management / operations support / customer services
- Undergraduate degree from top universities, graduate degree is preferred
- Self driven to identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced and quickly growing start-up environments
- Strong account management skills
- Relationship management or account management/services experience a plus
- A great attitude, open minded, and eagerness to learn and willingness to take initiative.
- Technologically savvy; comfortable with Trello, Zendesk, Microsoft Office etc
- Clear, honest, and open communication style, with demonstrated ability to balance competing
or conflicting demands to drive the right business outcomes.
- Languages: English at a high level both verbal and written
