Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Make cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to calling, provide information related product / services
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies
- Following up on previous customers and maintaining records of customer contacts for potential sales
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Direct prospects to the field & setting up meeting for our sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Log, track, update and maintains customer contact and contact records.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / IT Field (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT contact center telesales (outbound) will be preffered
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Prior experience selling or marketing in IT products is a plus but is not required
- Excellent Communication skills
- Target oriented and able to work under deadline
- Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Building relation with all client and prospective clients
- Follow up and monitoring clients need fulfilment
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor’s degree graduate
