- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Experience with executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels on digital and/or physical
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- Analytical skills in evaluating performance of campaigns from top to end of funnel
- Familiar with web analytic and search marketing tools such as Google analytics, google ads, etc
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
Tanggung Jawab
We are looking to hire a Marketing Senior. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for planning and running marketing initiatives to drive Involve Asia’s growth.
To be a successful hire, you will need experience with in running marketing campaigns, utilization of various marketing tools and experience running digital ads. A bachelor’s degree is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Building brand awareness and positioning
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
- Developing and executing each marketing campaign from start to finish and able to analyse performance
- Researching demand for the organization’s products and services
- Evaluating competitors
