Tanggung Jawab

– Mahir excel

– Mensupport proses operasional contact center dalam hal menyediakan data reporting secara regular

– Menyediakan data terkait kebutuhan Key Perfofmance Indicator

– Berusaha mencapai target kinerja yang ditetapkan

– Memonitoring accessibility layanan interactive voice indicator contact center
