- 8 – 10 years of experience managing and coaching business development teams.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- As strong team player.
- Previous international exposure, in addition to an Engineering, Computer Science or related degree will be highly desirable.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute market sector plans that leverage on the company’s technology solutions and talent to sustainably grow revenue and profit.
- Set priorities, focus resources, and establish agreement to achieve intended outcomes and results.
- Assess and adjust the company’s direction in response to business environments.
- Build and lead an effective business development division.
- Provide critical support and effective empowerment to direct reports as the situation requires.
- Facilitate cooperation and synergy within and between company departments.
- Position technology solution and service offerings to value-add to clients’ businesses.
- Successfully win market share in identified strategic sectors with appropriate commercial offerings.
- Maintain relationships with senior levels of key clients and partners.
- Revenue and profit accountability for the lines of business of the company.
- Enforce and leverage key processes (sales reporting, forecasting, sales pipeline development, etc.) to increase efficiency and client engagement.
- Sustaining efficient solution designing and proposal generation processes to build a strong sales pipeline and optimized sales cycles.
- Identify and understand business risks and effectively mitigate them.
- Mentor, coach and nurture talent and capability.
- Design and scope responsibilities for key roles.
- Develop a strong bench of potential successors and next-line leaders.
- Nurture and maintain healthy levels of staff engagement.
