- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Communication, Business or any related field
- A minimum of 12 years experience in startup, customer service, data science, sales, or management consulting
- Excellent understanding of eCommerce business and its dynamics
- Excellent Indonesian language (written and speaking skills) in business-related topics,
- avoiding any grammatical error.
- Excellent written communication in a professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other teams
- Strong analytical skills and reporting
- Strong leadership skills for managing teams
- Proficient in using Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, SQL, and CRM tools
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a team consisting of mix between outsourcing customer service and internal
- In charge of monitoring customer service performance and quality.
- Developing strategy and improve the performance of customer service
- Lead the team on how to maintain good relationship with customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Give insights by translating voice of customers
