- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, management consultant, key account or marketing
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Fluent Indonesian language (writing and speaking) casual and business related
- Strong communication skills to build internal and external professional relationships
- Strong analytical/reporting skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Previous experience in e-Commerce or management consultant is a plus
- Experienced with leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents
- Experienced working with regional cross-functional teams and brand’s/agencies’ C-levels, directors
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and develop strategy for growth plan for whole key account sellers
- Lead a team of key account manager team.
- Reporting with data and insights to the management team
- Become the bridge between customers and Company to Identify opportunities and threat
- Collaborate with product teams on improvement projects according voice of customers
- Cross-functional relationship with internal and external stakeholders
