- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, account management, management consulting, or community management
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Fluent in Indonesian language (writing and speaking) in casual and business matters.
- Able to synthesize information from multiple resources
- Strong communication skills to build internal and external professional relationships
- Strong analytical/reporting skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Previous experience in e-Commerce or management consultant is a plus
- Experienced with leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents
- Experienced working with regional cross-functional teams and brand’s/agencies’ C-levels, directors
- Knowledgeable in e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization.

- Oversee and manage Company seller forum
- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies surrounding e-commerce
- Actively searching for opportunities to grow and expand our communities to support more sellers
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels and ensure brand consistency.
- Getting insights from Company forum channels, analyze and do research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
