- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the enterprise software, IT, business analytics or technology domains.
- Previous international exposure in addition to an Engineering, Computer Science or related degree will be highly desirable.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and execute high-impact and high-visibility services programs that leverage on the Company’s technology and services team skillset to contribute and grow the company’s professional services and overall revenue and profit.
- Set priorities, focus resources, and establish relevant productivity metrics to measure and achieve intended outcomes and results.
- Implement plans to improve and maintain the complementary interaction between the company’s portfolio of services.
- Build and lead an effective professional services division, including key team leads.
- Provide critical support and effective empowerment to their direct reports, team leads and team member.
- Facilitate cooperation and synergy between company departments.
- Ensuring alignment with the joint priorities of the company
- Position service offerings and holistic solutions to value-add to clients’ businesses, and success.
- Collaborate with sales team to win customers in strategic sectors and expand market share with appropriate commercial offerings.
- Maintain relationships with senior levels of key clients and partners.
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- P/L accountability for the project implementation and managed services.
- Enforce and leverage key processes (proposal process, resource utilization, service delivery and quality, etc.) to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Initiate and oversee processes improvements to raise productivity and quality of service.
- Identify and understand business risks and effectively mitigate them.
- Establishing a successful hiring of the right candidates with a thorough understanding of overall services needs and business priorities.
- Mentor, coach, and nurture talent and skills of the team according to market needs.
- Design and scope responsibilities for key roles.
- Develop a strong bench of potential successors and next line.
- Nurture and maintain healthy levels of staff engagement.
