Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Purpose

  • Grow existing business and identify new business opportunities as key account development
  • Establish business priorities and key stakeholder engagement in key account customer to maximize results and maintain leadership position.
  • Leads all commercial activities on the key account customers including defining sales strategy to achieve sales results both short and medium terms

Key Activities / Deliverables

  • Translate sales business strategy into the key account scope. Develop and implement key account business strategy accordingly to achieve commercial success, increase of market share, meeting sales targets and KPIs in key account customers.
  • Align the key account action plans over the entire organization to ensure the effective execution of sales strategy.
  • Establish the business priorities, assuring business focus and the securing the service level of company to key account customer are in place.
  • Implement the necessary activities and corrective actions, to meet the strategic KPIs
  • Maintain best-in-class working relationships with strategic stakeholders in key account customers.
  • Define guidelines for prices and terms to ensure the best deals are secured, in compliance with pricing strategy and positioning in Key Account;
  • Implement strategic selling principles and consultancy selling approach with key account customers. Review and support Miller Heiman approach for customer development tools in key account
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal stakeholders to drive all commercial activities in key account customers.
  • Maintain and record interaction with key stakeholders in appropriate database

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from any disciplines
  • Min. 3 years sales experiences
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strategic thinking and result oriented
  • Good time management, an organized person with good follow-up
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Able to communicate in a diplomatic way
  • Must be able to travel extensively
  • Good performance results
