Role Summary: Maintain the record and updating all the document related to shipment arrangement are completely done to support the logistic incoming raw material to BU.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Support the logistic shipment by preparing all the document related incoming raw material, freight carter and invoicing.
- Maintain updated records of orders from suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate with Logistic & Sourcing team to make sure all operation run smoothly.
- Updating data to Jetty Control Center (JCC).
- Record the oil shortage.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
