Descriptions
- Conduct edu-content and operation team’s daily activities, not limited to class operation and scheduling, inputting quizzes in the content management system, etc.
- Coordinate with teachers and business operations team to ensure students get the best learning experience from end to end.
- Analyze student attendance and engagement, then formulate the best learning experience and student activity to drive user satisfaction.
- Data administrative and management.
- Handle customer complaints.
Requirements
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in business and data analysis for a minimum 1 year
- Good communication
- Target oriented
- Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative & qualitative
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
