Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Descriptions:
- Design research methodology, including questionnaires and discussion
- Support the Senior Associate in the end to end research process, mostly in research fieldwork and data processing
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data
- Execute end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research on consumers, competitors, and market condition
- Turn numbers and insight into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts, report for Management
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Identify and drive research process improvements, including the creation of research standards in Ruangguru and ad-hoc reports
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate with degree from any majors
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to utilize scope of data in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Fast-paced, independent thinker
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Bonus point if you have experience in operating research software (i.e SPSS, R)
