Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Job responsibilities:
- Responsible to build SATURDAYS’s brand equity to be the top of mind brand in the category (i.e. local premium eyewear brand)
- Effectively execute long-term marketing plans and short-term tactical activities to support business outcomes in customer acquisition and retention/engagement
- Support the team in communicating the value propositions to customers, including content ideation, marketing collaterals, and toolkits
- Create the SATURDAYS Brand’s Performance Marketing strategy, including CRM communications email marketing, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, programmatic marketing, etc
- Act as the voice of the customer and guide the company in organizing around the customer’s needs. This includes conducting customer research and applying insights to other initiatives across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Develop the company’s brand as purpose-driven and clear positioning against competitors working closely with the CEO and product/creative team
- Ensure smooth effective collaboration across cross-functional teams such as product, operations, growth, and creative team
- Digital media strategy and planning expert on both acquisitions and brand-building, with an understanding of how it integrates with offline media; able to identify opportunities across partners and cross-functional teams to deliver business results
- Work on a budget and strive to have maximum number of orders while keeping the Cost per Orders (CPO) at the optimum level
- Manage multiple agencies / ad networks in order to achieve conversion goal/objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related major
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or any relevant field and 3 years of experience in leadership position or managing team
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced working environment
