1. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
2. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
3. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
4. Identify strategic opportunities to grow overall business and execute on a select group of initiatives end-to-end
5. Managing Growth team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience on the same field
2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
3. Strong communication and leadership skills
4. [Not mandatory] Ideally with previous experience at a startup or Consulting
