As a Product/CRM Consultant Business Operations, you will be expected to manage the platform that sales, retail, account management, and marketing teams use as the CRM. You will be in charge of the technology to improve sales activities within Shipper. You will also be expected to come up with ideas of how to improve our business processes using technology. The support given will vary from simple to complex process improvements, operational executions, and project management.

The Customer Success Training Lead is responsible for training the registered users of the Omnichannel Management System (OCMS). He/she will manage teams of 3 to 8 people. He/she needs to be able to learn quickly and able to convey and train clearly to participants. Most of the training will be held online, so clarity of speech and a clear tone of voice is preferable.

What Will You Do

  • You will be managing teams of 3-8 People
  • Have thorough knowledge of the product features to be able to answer issues that occurred during training sessions
  • Create and improve training materials for Shipper OCMS
  • Iterate on training sessions methodology to ensure training is done effectively
  • Gain feedback from clients and convey it to Product & OCMS Service Owner Team
  • Able to train clients in one on one or class session

What Are The Requirements.:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Major, or have previous experience in Customer / Product / Merchant Trainer are welcome to apply
  • Have experience at least 2-4 years to lead a team of 3-5 people above
  • Having an interest in Tech and Logistic Industry, user service experience to serve the customer
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment, multitasking & prioritizing,
  • Intermediate English level would be a plus
  • Excellent communication Skill especially in Training and Engagement with Client
  • Have excellent critical thinking and basic data analysis
