Job Description
- Providing legal opinion and guidance on developing new financing products on the company ecosystem
- Supporting the department head in development of complying within both internal and or external regulations, especially in relation with OJK
- Make and review all forms of agreements owned by the company and documents of cooperation with the borrowers and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous working experience in P2P Lending/Multifinance Company will be a plus point
- Have good communication skills and able to work individual or team
- Having a basic knowledge in financing law and have close relationship with the regulators
- Able to join immediately
- Have strong legal drafting skills and proficient in English
- Excellent team player with good communication skill and ability to work with various department and third parties
