Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (Certified Psychologist), preferably major in Adult Clinical Psychology (Industrial/Organizational Psychology are also welcomed to apply)
- Strong knowledge and background in counselling theory and practice
- Experience in conducting counselling session or/and other psychological intervention (min. 1 year) to provide facilitation for people with psychological issues
- Experience in creating a psychological report
- Team player with excellent communication in English
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct counselling sessions and/or other psychological interventions for employees as appropriate to their current conditions
- Generate psychological reports for progress monitoring
- Raise & promote awareness about mental health in the company by doing several initiatives (i.e., conduct seminar/webinar/training with mental health topic, etc.)
- Develop innovative programs/projects to maintain supportive work culture and environment
