Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Job Description:
- Leading and managing Last Mile 3PL operations for Sumatra region
- Planning, decision making, organizing, controlling associated with KPI and SLA distribution of submissions with a view to achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively with good performance
- Monitoring and ensure all operation activity in Hub area based on the SOP
- Monitoring cost and expense operation in Sumatra region
- Doing the coordination, supervision and control units underneath
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- At least has 5 years of experience as Area Operations Manager in Logistics Company
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skill and possess an excellent team leadership skill
- Placement located in Palembang or Medan
