Job Description:

● Vetting, drafting and reviewing various agreements including but not limited to commercial agreements, partnership agreements and confidentiality agreements;

● Drafting and reviewing letters and any other documents that requires legal assistance;

● Reviewing and revising company’s terms and conditions and privacy policy as and when required;

● Managing and liaising with company secretary in relation to company forms, statutory filings and board resolutions;

● Managing and liaising with external counsel for the various corporate and litigation matters that arise;

● Provide legal support to the relevant departments and responding to ad hoc queries of legal nature from any department;

● Contributing to building policies and standard operating procedures for legal and compliance and mindful of managing/mitigating risks to safeguard the Company’s interests;

● Undertake ad-hoc assignments and to carry out legal research and reporting as and when required;

● Providing legal advice on regulations that impacts the company and ensuring the company is compliant with all the relevant laws and regulations;

● Assist to company to apply for or renew any license that is required by the company to legally operate in Indonesia;

● Any other task as assigned by the department head from time to time.
