Your pursuit will be to offer candidates a seamless journey ranging from the identification of talent, gaining their awareness over assessment and on-boarding towards their long-term employee experience at TREVO – and, not the least, it is your chance to make an impact. You will have the opportunity to be involved in People & Transformation projects that may change the way ‘we do things around here’.
As our new Talent Management Intern, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!
- Participate in the full talent acquisition process – gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, sourcing, filtering, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation research and negotiations and onboarding.
- Source, target and build pipelines of prospective candidates.
- Handle the process of engaging Freelancers and Part-timers.
People & Transformation:
- Participate in end-to-end HR process.
- Initiate and handle projects for People and Transformation to develop new, novel approaches to assess, acquire and manage the best talent for SOCAR .
