Job Description:
Reporting to Finance Manager, this position is responsible for investment back office (financial, administrative) activities to support the operational of Sun Life Indonesia’s Investment team.
Preferred skills
- Having knowledge on capital market such as equity, bond, mutual fund, corporate action and the settlement process
- Having experience of working within financial institution company or public accountant for minimum 1 year (insurance company or custodian bank is preferable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economic or Accounting
- Ideally having a minimum of 2-3 years experiences in Finance/Accounting dept.
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and a good writing in English
- Good time management, team work, fast learner, detail oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
Assist Investment Manager on daily investment instruction, from preparation, accuracy checking, and get approval.
Perform relevant NAV (Net Asset Value) validation, including liaise with custodian bank to check, report daily value and monitor the increase/decrease NAV movement.
Assist Finance Manager to ensure predictable cash flows by preparing SLI’s daily, monthly cash flow report.
Participate Finance team’s initiatives and/or governance (audit, etc).
