Job Description:
Reporting to Compliance Director, this position is responsible to implement the Compliance Risk Management Framework in terms of conducting the gap analysis of new/revised regulations, communication with relevant departments and monitoring the action plans including:
- Conduct the Regulatory Compliance Management Risk Assessment to identify and mitigate the regulatory risk impact to the Company
- Review and developing Operating Guideline, Procedures, and Manuals and ensure the OG and procedures are implemented and socialize to all relevant parties
- To prepare the compliance reporting for monthly Risk Policy Committee, quarterly BUCO Memo as well as bi-weekly SMT report
- To review the product, sales and marketing material and provide advisory/recommendation/view on the business initiatives/process
- Internal Auditor team of ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System
