Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Achieve new monthly recurring revenue with new and existing customers to meet quarterly and annual sales quotas through end-to-end account management, solution sales and project coordination to cater to customers’ technology requirements
  • Manage portfolio of existing customer accounts, to achieve revenue growth and maximize customer retention by developing relationship at all levels of customer organization
  • Create winning strategy for the team to close the deal with consultative selling and solution oriented
  • Organize regular customer visits to obtain customer feedback on service levels and gather information on new needs and requirements
  • Plan and oversee strategic development of specified industry segments to ensure DCI Indonesia’s competitive advantage in the market
  • Drive digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses.
  • Oversee post-sales cycle on more complex projects to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Report and manage weekly pipeline report/new sales calls to ensure accurate sales forecast
  • Customer-oriented and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines
  • Any other additional work assigned by Company or Sales Director


  • University Degree from reputable local or overseas university
  • Willing to learn, energetic, proactive, and good intercommunication skill. Sales driven and target oriented personality.
  • Must be able to develop relationship and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise Customers
  • Good project management, problem solving, time-management, communication and presentation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent in English both oral and written is a must. Fluent in Mandarin both oral and written is a plus.
  • Wide professional network in IT industry
  • Should possess computer knowledge, familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in using CRM collaboration tools is a plus
  • Minimum total of 6 years experience in B2B, includes at least 2 years managing a sales team
  • Strong presentation and written skills. Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
