Job Description
- Screening graduate, associate and mid-level candidates for R&D positions
- Scheduling and conducting interviews to make recommendations to Hiring Managers
- Updating our ATS (smart recruiters)
- Collecting hiring data and update project files / dashboards
- Data analysis, preparation of reports, suggesting improvements.
- Supporting other TA / HR projects
Qualifications
- Professional experience in Talent Acquisition
- You can work independently and take ownership of a project
- You easily connect and talk with people on different levels;
- Your English is fluent
- Good technical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of ATS is a plus
