About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing leading Insurance Technology company looking to expand in Asia and provide flexible options in general insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion, execution, and overall development of both B2B and B2C sales channels in Indonesia
  • Strategise with Senior Leadership members regionally to form long-term partnerships with large ecosystem players such as telcos, fintech, wallets, social and e-commerce, electronic retailers & distributors, health tech, etc) to drive similar exponential customer and revenue growth in Indonesia.
  • Lead the product and partnership proposals and execution for strategies and emerging market players
  • Be creative with campaign strategies to drive conversions.
  • Supervise the acquisition of new and the retention of existing customers led by Sales Head
  • Work closely with regional and local products, data, tech, customer
  • services, operations, and finance teams to promote reach and conversion to our digital platforms
  • Manage and continuously simplify operations to optimize customer experience

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics
  • At least 8 years of proven sales management experience
  • Proven record of managing clients relationships, partnerships and able to grow
  • Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, and people management as well as negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in a sales lead capacity with any exciting industry
  • Prior experience in Tech startup would be a strong plus
